Every property has a small online enquiry form at the bottom which is quick and simple to complete, nonetheless the more information we know about your holiday requirements and preferences make us able to propose the best and most suitable accommodation for your holiday needs.
Why have I received offers for properties I did not enquire about?
Once you have completed the online enquiry form it is sent to the property owner. However, to ensure you get the best deal and facilities for your stay in Chamonix, in the unfortunate case of the chosen chalet being unavailable for your specified dates we also send your enquiry to similar properties in regards to all your search criteria and preferences.
What is the booking process?
Once you have informed Chamonix Chalets you want to book a property we will provide you with the Property manager’s contact details and we will provide the property owners with your booking details. You will be contacted by the property owner and guided through their prefered booking process and confirm all booking inclusion and any potential additional services/ costs. Please be aware that the booking process and conditions can vary from property to property but would typically require you to complete a booking contract and pay a deposit. In our experience all property owners are transparent in their terms and conditions but please do check the booking details including small print carefully.
Have you got a refund / cancellation policy?
As previously mentioned in the booking process refund and cancellation policies can differ from one property owner to the next. please refer to the booking contract between yourselves and the owner to find refund and cancellation details.
Where is your office located?
If you should need to pop in and see us then we are easy to find being based in the heart of Chamonix centre. Our office is located just off the Chamonix Centre Pedestrianised High Street (Rue Joseph Vallot) behind the Benetton store at 16 Impasses des Rhododendrons. How do I buy lift passes?
If lift passes are not included in your accommodation booking then fear not as you can pre-book ski passes with us. Do you provide cots, high chairs and vehicle child seats?
Normally our selection of chalets are fully equipped to provide all necessary amenities to accommodate all your guests throughout their stay. However, in the rare case that the required equipment or facilities are not available then please do not hesitate to contact Chamonix Chalets and we will do our best to sort this for you. For peace of mind we would advise that you to bring your own child or baby seats but most Airport Transfer Companies provide safe and fully safety rated seats, it maybe worth an email or phone call just to confirm these are being provided.
How does Chamonix Chalets work?
Chamonix Chalets is an agency that has handpicked the best properties located in the Chamonix Valley and list and advertise the property on our website on the property owner’s behalf. When an enquiry for a property is received we confirm availability and pricing from the owners direct and pass this information to you the customer. If you would like to book a property we will supply both you and the property owner with the relevant details and you pay the owner direct. For this process Chamonix Chalets receives commission from the property owners/ managers for providing an accommodation booking, not from the customer.
Chamonix Chalets pride ourselves on maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. Safeguarding of personal data received will remain in line with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will only use data you have supplied us to pass on to Property Owners when you confirm to book a property. In addition we may use information you have supplied us to provide additional services you have requested or the seasonal courtesy email in which you can unsubscribe at any time. Rest assured we NEVER pass or sell details onto third parties.
